losing 4 ppm FC daily

My CYA is 32. If I add chlorine in the evening, it is the same ppm in the morning. But....in the sun, and 70 degrees, I am losing 4 ppm FC per day. I'm worried about what it will be when it gets REALLY hot out! Water temp is only 71. Should I add more CYA?

Go to 40 cya and see if it gets an "attitude" adjustment. Adjust your minimums and targets appropriately. I keep mine at 60 in Texas.
