I had salt reading of 2200 , added one bag reading went to 2300 , added another bag reading show 2500

1. Cleaned the filter
2. Cleaned the cell in water + muratic acid
3. Did set the reading (Auto, OFF , 5 times , Super Chlorinate , auto)

Now the display say 2500 as salt & Low salt & inspect cell light are flashing RED

Any clue

Note: Cell is about 4 yr old)

Re: Low sal & Check Cell light

Intellichlor is notorious for having very poor temperature compensation for salt level readout. However, the OPs unit is AquaRite which is pretty good at temperature compensation over a wide range of temperatures until the cell starts to fail.

Three most likely reasons
1) Salt level too low.
2) Cell wearing out.
3) Wrong cell type selected.
What are the diagnostic readings?
Which cell do you have (T-3, T-5, T-9 or T-15)?
What is the actual salt level as tested by the Taylor K-1766 salt test kit?
