Mr Spa hot tub from 1988

Just picked up one of these. It was free. It looks like it's in excellent condition too. Filled it with water and ran it. Only a couple of issues.

1. Small leak at top water outlet. Leaks from underneath, but you can see where it's leaking. Wonder if the chrome piece screws off from the housing?

2. Not sure if the heater works or really how to work it. Light doesn't go on. But I don't have a manual for this thing. Anyone know how to run it?

Are you saying one of those kits will replace the control module in the Mr. Spa?

exactly, you change everything over to new modern tech, new heater..

If you are thinking about that I would replace the pump and filter also, that would update all the old equipment

Would I need to replumb all of this then? None of this just bolts in?
