Can someone check this and see if its worth it?

Looking for suggestions. I have a 21-22000 Gallon in ground vinyl pool. I don't like the Kreepy Krawly we recently purchased for various reasons.

    Found on Craigslist:
"Dolphin 9999313-SWV Dolphin Advantage Plus RC

It comes with the vacume, caddy, remote. we bought it at the end of last summer and only used it a few times. "

    $500 is the price

Make sure it works before you buy it.

I had 2 Dolphins die on me after a couple years.

He said he is moving to a house without a pool so not sure if he will be about to. I grilled him and he said he bought it last year. I asked if he bought new to no response. His asking price is $500

Is it a good deal if it works? Says he bought it last summer and that he has all the paperwork

Check to see how clean vacuum and filters are, and check filters for rips or tears. This will give you an idea how well it was taken care of.
