Zodiac Aquapure EI - Display/Power

I'm having problems with my Zodiac aquapure EI chlorinator. When I turn on the power the flow light very quickly blinks once and that's it, no other displays or lights turn on. The picture taken is with the power on. I removed the cover and checked both fuses but neither are blown. Any recommendations are appreciated.

Check the transformer voltages to make sure the transformer is good.

Inspect all the boards to make sure there isn't any burnt components.

Search "Jandy Aquapure Workbook" for details on how to troubleshoot the system.
