Bought a house with *gulp* a pool!

Hello everyone! Been lurking for a month or so but I'm a believer in the TFP process so here I am as a registered member. I don't have much info on my pool as we bought the house from a flipper and they only worked on the house. I'm slowly researching the equipment so I know what I need to do to keep it sparkly and clear. Anyways, loving my new pool and loving the fact I can manage it myself and not give my money to the clowns at the pool store.
28,000 gal "L" shaped inground gunite pool with 3 waterfalls at the rear, Pentair Nautilus stainless steel DE filter. TF 100 test kit. We recently bought the house from a flipper and they had no information on the pool. Slowly learning more as I research so I will update then.
