Is there anyway to repair this where the bolt and clamp broke off. I am kind of at a loss. Thanks!

There doesn't look to be an easy way to repair that without some welding... Probably will have to remove the anchor and replace. Some anchor sets are linked together under the concrete by a bar to set the spread between them, so you may have to remove them both by cutting out a channel between them. You might be best served replacing both as the other might not be far behind. This means a concrete saw job, removal of the old, installation of new and pouring new concrete in the channel. Going with a bronze set may lengthen the life of the new set.

What about drilling in and using one of those threaded bolt extractors?
If you do try that, squirt some penetrating oil on it first a few times and let it sit over night to help get it loose.

Not an easy fix if you can't figure out a repair-in-place option, that's for sure. Plus the likelihood that the new concrete strip over the anchors won't match the old concrete. Maybe another member has a better idea.So, easy. Right

Mine's held in with a wooden shim on one side, seems to work great. And much cheaper

Credit the pool guy with that one. I had one missing bolt, and was asking him what size I should go check my parts bin for, and he just whipped out a shim, hammered it in, and snapped off the extra. Just as easy, and holding rock solid.
