Calcium for Vinyl pools???

How low is acceptable for vinyl pools? Mine is at 30. If I need to raise it, what chemical do I need?

Recommended levels listed in Pool School show 50 to 300 is okay.

Calcium increaser (calcium chloride) can be found at the big box stores, Lowes, HD, &...... pool stores. Not sure about WallyWorld, tho. Follow the instructions on the label.

You can also use Calcium Hypochlorite (granular shock) sold at pool stores and WW for FC purposes - it will bump your CH more slowly though, but it is an option to kill 2 birds, yada yada yada.
