Cleaning agent for outside of agp

Hello all - my pool has been up for three seasons now and has become brown on the exterior of the pool. I am in West Texas so there is plenty of dirt in the air. I tried going at it with a power washer but stopped in fear of possibly damaging the liner. Has anyone had success with a certain (agp safe) cleaner? Thank you

I take it you mean one where the liner and outer shell are the same thing. Intex like inflatable. Not aluminum with a separate liner. You could use a soft bristled brush and soap and water. If it's aluminum then the power washer should be fine.
