Vinyl liner problem

Rookie mistake here (though it's our 3rd year with the dumb pool). After a recent heavy rain, we syphened (sp) too much water out of the pool. Now our vinyl liner appears loose. It is still attached all around the rim (and the bottom from what I can tell) but it is not attached to the sides of the pool. Is this fixable? Will adding water back into the pool push the liner back where it needs to be? Is all lost and we need a new liner?

Hey there neighbor

It should push back against the wall just fine, you may get a wrinkle or 2 but that's about it.. as long as it's still connected all around the top it's good
