E command 4 - bad board?

The heater isn't turning on and the e command isn't keeping time.

Should there be a voltage across the heater wire? There isn't and I'm afraid I have a bad board.

It is also losing a couple hours over a few days.
 
Sorry for the delayed response, but this is a very specific question that few members will have experience with.

If it can not even keep time, clearly there is something wrong with it, but I do not know what part(s) you would need.
 
When the heater function is activated you would see 24v.

As for the unit not keeping time, I believe there is a backup battery on the board, just like a computer, and it might be failing.
