    adding sand to my filter

    When I was draining my filter last winter some of the sand escaped. How do I know how much to add this spring when opening. I have a hydrotools filter system
    18600 AG vinyl, sand filter, 75gpm hydotools pump, city water

    You look inside and make sure there is enough

    The manual should indicate how much is needed, but generally they are about 2/3 full.
