Timer needed: 2 speed 230v with freeze protection

Why do you need the speed to automatically change? Usually many people are fine with just having a timer to turn it on and off and manually leaving the speed on low, expect when they need high speed for filter cleaning, etc.

Although I see you have a PoolCleaner so that may not work too well on low speed. Mine actually does still move around a little, but I run on high for solar purposes usually.

I don't know if manual switch will work for me, like you said my 2X needs a lot of suction to work. So to avoid buying a manual switch, installing it, finding out it doesn't work for my application and THEN having to buy even more stuff and more rewiring I figured I'd skip right to the dual timer solution.

Actually, the 2X needs about the lowest amount of flow of any suction cleaners.

I am not sure what timers have freeze protection built in.

Although I have read a few times, that freeze protection is not as reliable as one would hope.
