Cant Identify the Part

Hello,

Im running a GE C1246 motor connected to a STA-RITE centrifugal(I think) pump. Attached are pictures.
Well I cant get pump to prime and Im think to replace the Oring and some other parts. Any ideas what model the pump is?

Lastly my pump ran fine last year, what are the odds the issue is with underground pipes?

I am not good at IDing pumps by sight, others are better I think.

Have you verified the seals on the lid and drain plugs are good?

Is that a crack on the lid? That might not be helping
