Swg production at low flow rates

Does a SWG produce more clorine at low flow rates ??
My RJ60 seems to be making a lot more clorine after I installed A VS pump.
I had to turn it down to 20% , Guess I will really find out next month when it get's hot.
It's a good problem to have!!!

No. It either generates or it doesn't.
