I have a brand new pool. The pool people have scratched the bottom. Is there any way to repair the scratches. Of course they are saying they have no clue how it has happened. I have only brushed the pool. They vacuum the pool and that is when the scratches appeared. Help please!!

Welcome to TFP!!!Sure there are ways to fix the scratches. I would suggest you talk to your builder on what they recommend.
Up to you to work with the builder and "pool people" to come to an acceptable resolution. Good Luck.
One way to avoid this is to not have "pool people"
