Slamming process works!

Opened my pool up a week and half ago. Was a green swamp this year after taking the cover off. I started the slamming process and within 7 days I now have a beautiful clear pool! With a little time and patience it will eventually clear up. Just wanted to let people know that the slamming process does indeed work. It's cheaper than running to the pool store and having them sell you chemicals that are A) expensive and B) probably wont help or cause more issues. Just wanted to let people know that if you read the forums, and ask questions, the people on here will help you out. It is so much cheaper when you buy the proper testing kit (TF-100) and just use regular bleach or liquid chlorine rather than running to the pool store when every little issue arises. Thanks for all the help, as I am sure I will be back with other questions as they arise.

Intex 18/52 pool at 7000 gsllons.
vinyl sift sided pool
intex 1500 gph sand filter and intex swg at 1500 gph.
