I just bought the Intex 120V Krystal Clear Saltwater System CG-28669 with E.C.O. (Electrocatalytic Oxidation)
for my above ground pool..I've been reading about people removing or disconnecting the copper cells.
Does this model even have this? My wife and daughter are blondes and they'd kill me if green hair happened

When I first found TFP back in 2012, there was a lot of talk about doing this. I haven't seen it mentioned in a long time. Hopefully someone will know.....

I can't tell for sure but that appears to be an ozone system and not a "mineral" copper system. I think you are safe with it. We can't have you getting killed over some green hair! :-D

I owned the ECO 7110 & 8110 units don't think you will run into that problem.
