So this is second year with pool. Last year I worried why my heat pump was "leaking" only to be told it is condensation. Now this year I worry that my heat pump is NOT "leaking". If condensation is normal, does it mean my heat pump is not working properly if there is not condensation? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Pool temp went from 55 to 63 after running heat pump all day but also have solar cover so don't know how much of that increase is the pump or the solar cover. Air temp is 50-70 lately.

Hey there, the only time it will condensate is when it hits the dew point.. usually when the humidity is high but it can be anytime... here is a good dew point calculator that has temp and humidity..
