After more research I see hayward makes a bigger
cartridge filter than pentair for the same cost.

Also I've had a puddle at the bottom of my dig that
hasn't gone away and it hasn't rained for 5 days.

I think the clay is just holding the water, it's not
coming up from the ground.

Think I should install a drain around the walls?

I'm not sure how your question got missed and I don't know the answer. Hopefully someone will chime in on the water table/drain issue.

I've heard better things about the Pentair pumps but I don't know if you can really go wrong on the equipment brand in general. They all seem to have their strengths.

Not much is going on yet other than recovering from
back pain.

I've been building some retaining walls with the broken
concrete.

And trying to use the bobcat as much as possible
before it is returned.

Will probably go with this color flagstone.

These pavers are nice but costly.
