DIG 220 with 0 Volts and .5 Amps

I have an issue with my 10 year old AutoPilot DIG 220. It is reading 0 volts and .5amps with test, even with boost on, and I'm thinking this isn't good. Cell is clean, and looks good, and is operating on cell power#2. Salt is at 3200, although water is a little code @ 65 degrees. Help, what do I check next?

Welcome to TFP. Im thinking you need to replace the cell. Is this the original cell? The water may be too cold, but I think you may have reached the end of its life.
