Dual suction fittings on Intex/Hayward Throught he wall skimmer?

Hello experts,
I have a Intex AGP 20'x52", it came with the dual suction inlet fittings and no surface skimmer. I was wanting to put a Hayward box surface skimmer on this year but it seems like the fittings are too low, kind of in the middle of the pool. Any ideas of how I can do this?

You will need to cut a new hole for the Hayward skimmer. Using an existing inlet won't work.
