Generic Kreepy Krauly Gets Stuck against step.

It is working great but it occasionally gets stuck at the bottom of the shallow-end step. Are there any solutions to help prevent this?

They do that. You could try adjusting the weight so the nose is lighter.

Mine does the same thing. I've changed the weights numerous times but that didn't help. I shortened the hose by one link and that helped some. I hate my kreepy because I have to babysit it and it mainly only runs in a figure 8 missing most areas.
