Pool water temps and testing CYA levels

Is it practical to test the CYA levels if the water temps are below 60 degrees? Not sure if cold temps effect the CYA levels.

Lower water temps do affect the test, you can bring a sample inside and let warm up to do the test, I let mine get to about 70 degrees and tested just fine..
