    Pool Salt on the Cheap


    Just wanted to share found Pool Salt for $2.10 at Lowes in Fresno CA.


    I had to do a partial drain on my pool due to high CH levels
    20K gal, 15X30, IG, Plaster, Pentair VF-3050 Intelliflo Pump, Pentair Clean&Clear Cartridge Filter, SWG

    Shows as $8.42 to me ... realize that you can use plain old solar salt that is usually cheaper than the "pool" salt which is just ground into finer bits.

    My kids like to play with the salt when I add it ... as another member named it ... "Diamond Day"
