I can't find any model number on this cleaner. Like most things I inherited when I bought this house concerning the pool, it's in dire Straits of repair. I need to replace the feed hose, the bag, looks like a little flapper check valve that goes below the bag, and it appears the tail end is broken. The feed hose is 15 feet to the reverse valve then another 5 feet to the cleaner for a total of 20 feet. The tail, is 42 inches long and appears to be broken at the end, I have no idea what should be on the end of it or how long it should be. Can anybody tell me the model on this so I can order the correct parts? Also if anybody has any suggestions on where to order porch that would be great. Thanks everybody I appreciate it.

Here is what I believe to be the back up valve, if that helps.

It's a Pentair "Legend" pool cleaner. The back-up valve pictured is a "Polaris" unit (works fina as a replacement for the original).
The tail whip has the end worn off.
Parts are readily available either on line or at your local pool store.

Thanks for identifying it, I wanted to be sure to order correct parts.
