Hello. I was wondering if anyone knew how I would remove this return jet (See photo), so I can replace it with a new style. I tried turning it with my hand and it doesn't budge. I've seen posts about using a grip wrench, but there is nothing that the grip wrench would be able to grab onto. The reason I want to replace the jet is because I cannot adjust the direction of the flow. Thank you.

is that a counter sunk jet? interesting.

looks like you might be able to get it out with a thin wall socket of a large size.

just make sure it fits without play and very slowly back it out to avoid breakage.

Use needle nose pliers, spread them apart and place ends against the inside edge of the tabs and turn left. The female adapter in standard 1.5 in so you can switch to different type of return fitting if you want
