We have what I think is an older baracuda model automatic cleaner. The hoses that I have are in need of replacement due to cracking and deforming. I would like to go to a single solid hose instead of 8 or so separate lengths that connect together. Do they types of hoses matter per the model or typ of automatic cleaner?

But if I did, I would just buy a suitable length single hose that fits. Probably better anyway to promote less chance of air getting into those gaps. A new single hose might be more flexible as well. My Barracuda hoses are a bit stiff.
