Probably not a bad price for the total unit/kit - is it a Gold Line controller? The cheapest they run is $299.99 (that I've found) I think the panels would cost about $540 for 4 so maybe thats not too bad.
That looks fairly good. Those panels are typically around $125 each and the controller tends to go for around $300.
