Hayward needs a lift kit

I have these returns in the deep end that the Hayward gets
stuck on all the time, the middle one sticks up enough to
get it stuck on the flaps. I dont think it is adjustable, I will
get closer look when it warms up a little. Any ideas ?20160306_125309.jpg
