What size pump is adequate?

Ok thx. Also, is there any benefit to running at the higher cleaner rpm prior to ramping down for the filtering and/or chlorination run? I see a lot of ppl who have this sequence. Was wondering if it would't be better to run that cleaning speed later in the day, when perhaps the skimmer would do a better job pulling in debris that has settled on the surface by that time of day.

I have a solar system that automatically comes on if heat is called for and available. I run the cleaning sequence in the early morning, before the sun is on the solar collectors so the pump isn't trying to support both solar and infloor cleaning simultaneously.
