Patching a mortar leak under waterfall coping

I'm seeking a recommendation for a patching or caulking product to stop a leak caused by visible cracks in the mortar bedding along the top course of coping on my spa-to-pool waterfall feature.

When the water feature is off, the spa water level leaks down to the mortar line between the spa plaster and the 2-inch stone coping.

Our plaster is end-of-life, so I'm only seeking a cheap fix to hold us over for a year or two until we invest in a major resurfacing/renovation.

Any good concrete two part epoxy product will work. Go to a concrete supply house and ask over the counter and they can recommend a couple different products.
