Deck is complete! Now on to Plaster and Fire Pit build. Today is the 15th day since we started.

Heard from the PB today. Fire Pit is going to built on Sunday. Then things will come to a grinding halt. The weather next week here in DFW is supposed to be wet all week.
So probably no progress until the week of the 14th. Having fence done that week. We'll have to get that completed before city will green tag it for plaster. The want to see that the fence is meeting city requirements for latch, height etc. We'll also be getting sprinkler and sod back into the yard that week. Once that is done, we hopefully are good to go for plaster. So after Sunday we will be 80+% done. Not bad for a build that started on 2/17.

Not bad at all! You guys are speeding! Just take next week to catch your breath. It will be done before you know it!
Plaster maybe next week. We have to get fence back in place before final inspection prior to plaster. Hoping that happens on Monday. Weather is going to be iffy next week or so.

Ahhhh!! This rain is giving me nightmares of my build! Hope we don't have a wet spring like last year!!!

Hard to complain about the weather for us. We got this far before the rain kicked in. Should be a great week next week.
Oh man! Fortunately we did not have that issue. Need to get fence up so we can go to final inspection and plaster. Hoping to make some progress next week.
