We recently had a Jandy PDA PS4 installed. I was wondering if you could add an IAqualink without removing the PDA part? I see only one set of connections where either one would connect.
Can you run PDA and IAqualink at the same time?

No... one or the other.
Had a customer just this past year that went from a PDA to an iAqualink. When it lost his Wifi signal he blamed us for it and wanted his PDA back. Jandy said that the upgrade replaces the board and PDA function was not part of the new firmware. Turned out that his IT guy relocated the wifi xmitter behind a wall that the signal could not pass through. Needless to say his wifi got relocated.
