    Can high pH reading be attributed to high FC readings?

    Chlorine readings are above 6, and PH is 8+, are they related. SWG system, at 25%,
    water temp in 60.

    Welcome to TFP!!

    Not really. You need to add acid to to get the pH down into range.

    Depending on the level of Stabilizer/CYA in the water 6 may be low, fine or high. Do you know what the CYA level is?

    if FC was 10 or above yes.

    Great, 6 would be our recommended target FC for a SWG pool with 80 CYA.
