Pentair minimax nt heater not working.

Haven't used my tub for quite a while and went to fire it up. On the panel it reads 107 and will
not fire up. I checked all settings and connections, reset etc. Nothing. Any thoughts?

Sounds like the thermistor, temp sensor, is bad. The heater thinks the water temp is 107 so it is not going to fire up.

Is this something easy to replace? I have installed the transformer and now I get Hi reading and heater does not fire up at all. Cleaned filter etc, and can hear and feel flow through heater and it has good flow at tub.

Replaced thermastor. Very easy. Tub worked great for about a week and now it heats up a bit and stops and I get E02 error. At minimax I just press spa again and after a minute it fires up. I may have to do this 2-3 times to get tub to 101. Any thoughts? Thanks.

E02 is usually the high temp limit.

Two different parts. You have the thermistor, that reads the water temp and then a high temp limit. Two different parts.

Sorry, didn't know. Bought one and putting it in it broke. These switches are very fragile. Got another one coming. Any tricks to installing it?

How did you break it? You just have to be careful installing it. I haven't broken one putting it in but taking the old one out is a different story.
