Advice needed contractor selected South Louisiana

I found my PB. Here is my equipment list and particulars. Am I missing anything?

Aprox 500 sqft gunitefree form 17000-18000 gallons.
Tan ledge, Bench seating, stairs
8’ round spa attached to overflow
Pentair whisperflo energy efficient 2 HP pump (pool)
Pentair whisperflo energy efficient 1.5 HP (spa waterfall)
Pentair booster pump ¾ HP (pool cleaner)
Polaris 280
Master temp 400,000 btu gas heater
Pentair clean n clear plus cartridge filter
Automated pool panel with remote
Aquarite salt chlorine generator w/flow switch
2 intel brite led pool lights
I intel spa light
600 sqft paver decking
Electrical for pumps
Gas line for heater (approx. 20’)
Waterfall separate from price.

Consider deleting the Polaris pool sweep and booster pump. Get a Robot instead. Costs less to operate and cleans as well or better. A plan would be good. What are the spa specs?
