Oh yeah failed to mention. This whole time has been attempting resolution with the BBB, however NPW appearently does not care about BBB ratings. Was thinking next step would be to attempt chargeback with CC company, however I noticed that NPW has added a no charge back agreement in with all the other things you have to agree to when you order. So I guess my next course of action will be to file with small claims court and hope that our old Marine Judge is sitting the bench that day, lol.
