I had my pool replaster with quartzscape about 2 months ago and have noticed lots of blotchy white spots along with little white bumps. What is this and how does it get fixed?

1. if you are able, post some pictures (daytime). There is a tutorial on this site to help you do that.
2. Provide some more info: how long after the replaster did you first notice these issues.
3. Reach out to the person who did the work, post his response.
4. Did you or the contractor do the pool start up process.
Blotchy appearance is something that occurs in smooth plaster finishes (Google "pool plaster mottling"). Some mottling or blotching is normal and some is not. Read up on this. You will find a lot of ppl posting their plaster issues (with pics). And if you post your pictures here, it will really help other members of this forum comment on whether yours is normal or not.
