Love it! The bench will be a very popular area!

Do you have any shoots of the "real" yard it is going in?

Make sure to get model numbers for all of your equipment in writing.

Re: Signed this morning, new build in Humble, TX

Have you had a pool before and do you plan on using the "TFP' method to maintain it or chlorine tablets ?? I ask because in your equipment list you have a Rainbow 320 Automatic Chlorinator that would be used for tablets. It's sometimes handy to have a floater to use them if you're going to be gone a few days but using tablets as the main source of chlorine in your pool can cause problems with high CYA.

Had a little pre-build work done today. Had the big magnolia tree in the center removed along with three knock off rose bushes and a hawthorn tree on the left corner of the lot "not in picture. Hated to remove them but as the saying goes "you have to break a few eggs to make an omelet".

I have a sad for the magnolia tree. BUT for a pool it will be worth it.

Yeah, we lost a tulip magnolia to old age and a happy woodpecker behind our quintessential ranch house and it broke my heart a little. So many years of pictures of our boys below that tree...

Trees are definitely hard to see go, especially at our house where we specifically chose this lot for the shade the trees provided for our kids in the backyard. But two red oaks sat just where our future pool will go, and we cut them down. Only the stumps remain for the excavator to extract. At least those will be two fewer oaks to shed their leaves and acorns!
