Air bubbles

I have an spa attached to my pool. When I put the pool in spa mode without the air blower I get air bubbles coming out of the return jets, is this normal? I would think not as there should be no air in the lines with the air blower off.

I get the same thing, was told it was normal to have some of the Jets blowing air...

In a correctly designed spa, there is no need for a blower because the jets use a Venturi to draw air from the air line through the jets and into the spa. Blowers are added to either boost the performance of the jets or to purge the airline of water in the event it makes its way into the pipe.

It is perfectly normal to have air coming from the spa jets without the blower running.
