overflow drain pipe ?

hey guys, got an overflow drain on my pool, where the pipe goes to there is another pipe the exact same size right beside it, we got about 2 inches of rain last night and the overflow drain worked, now that the pool water level is normal, water is still flowing out of the other pipe, where could this water be coming from ?

Anywhere. Not much info to work with but other pipe could be abandoned pool pipe, deck drains, ground water drain, who-knows-what not related to pool... If it just started with all the rain I would guess it to be ground water related and would not be too concerned unless the water level in the pool is dropping.
