We bought our house about a year ago and the pool is equipped with a Summit pool heater (heat pump). I think Summit is now part of Hayward.
All works fine except there is a max temperature setting for pool and one for spa. When I put the pool in spa mode, the heater is stuck to the max temperature setting for pool...
I went to the heater control panel, all buttons work but when I go to the pool/ spa mode selection, it is impossible to move the heater from pool to spa mode... The little light on the side stays on 'pool'.
I am a new pool owner so perhaps I am just missing something simple... Can anybody help me? Thanks a million!!
