On 11/22 your reported pH of 8.2+ and today you are reporting pH of 7.2 and you did not add any acid in between tests.....is that correct?

Correct. I'm not sure if the PB was out yesterday while I was at work. They've been working on the plaster that they messed up during the fill.

Having your PB adding chemistry without letting you know seems a problem to me. I suggest you tell him you intend to manage your own pool and ask that you be informed of ANY adjustments he makes to your pool water.
