Angry Hot Springs ACE Saltwater System - too much of the chlorinating concentrate

We just had a new Hot Springs spa installed and are using the ACE saltwater system. When we did the initial set up, we added way too much of the chlorinating concentrate. For some reason we both thought we had to add to bring the level down to 3 - 5 ppm. Dumb I know. We were just thinking backwards. So anyway, our chlorine level seems to be off the test strip.
Do we need to partially drain the spa and refill or will the system eventually bring the chlorine level down? I have the output set at a 1 on the ACE system, the lowest output option. Should we just let it sit or should we run the jets?
Any suggestions? I am so darn mad that we were so stupid.

The chlorine will eventually drop down or you can use hydrogen peroxide to lower it faster if you need to. You posted the same question on another forum and it was answered there as well.
