Do I need to lower my PH a bit before closing the pool?

Your pool chemistry looks great to me. If you have an ice cover, any under-ice respiration will increase dissolved CO2 and may reduce your pH slightly, although your Alkalinity should buffer this. I would close as is.

Not sure about the pH but i would lower it. The reports of pH going down in a pool are few and far between.

Perhaps even more important is to bring your FC to SLAM value.

It depends on organics and length of time of a permanent ice cover. If under-ice microbial degradation occurs, over a period of 2 to 3 months, dissolved CO2 cannot out gas to the atmosphere, so the waters will tend to acidify. In addition, the snowpack is acidic, so depending on the amount of snow precipitation, this can be a second source of acidity.
