Polaris runs fast outside the water but slooow under the water...?

Couple weeks ago my Polaris 380 slowed way down! I have since replaced.

• all the bearings
• the two belts
• the three gears

The wheels turn super fast outside the water but under the water it barely crawls????

It also is floating up on the rear end.. so it trys to ride around on its nose. I took the back float off which helped it sit level for awhile. But it cant make it up the wall to turn around it is moving so slow.

Any ideas on a fix would much appreciated!

It was some tiny pebbles stuck in the water jets of the polaris. I took it apart used compressed air to make sure I blew all the the little guys out. Had to use a needle to poke the one out of the jet that propels the gears.
