Pentair 3 way valves

On my pool the 3 way valves have the name Pentair on them, is this different from a Jandy valve or a rebrand?
they are pretty stiff, and in fact the handle is broken on the return side to the jets (pool has 7 jets one of which has no flow)
I need to know what parts kit to buy for when I break them down.

Pentair and Jandy make their own valves. You should be able to find a wealth of information online about parts. Very unusual for either brand to seize up. Some styles require grease for lubrication.......do yours?

Just a thought here...

there are a couple different models of valves. Some have lock knobs on them and others dont.
You don't by chance have the lock knobs tight do you? Which would account for the stiffness.

backed the lock knob all the way off, I will need to try and find a model number on the valves.
but they suction was pretty tight, and the discharge was tight enough somebody broke the handle.

Sounds like it might have something lodged in it preventing smooth operation.

Take off the handle, unscrew the eight or so screws. Pry up the cap by twisting or picking up the vertical peice and relube everything. Just redid all mine very very simple
