Jets cycle on /off every second

I inherited a Tiger River Spas hot tub that is maybe 8 years old. When I turn on the jets, they cycle on for a split second and then shut off, and will repeat that cycle for 10 minutes or so, and then the jets will run normally from there. It did not do that before the hot tub was moved. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I would get to the motor while the cycling is happening and see if the motor is getting power the entire time. May be an issue with the starter on the motor.

If the power to the motor is going on/off with the motor then you need to look at the main board or if lucky a top side control panel.
