Hayward HeatPro runs even though it control setting is off

Hayward HeatPro with Goldine Pro Logic P-4

Does anyone know how to setup HeatPro with Pro Logic P-4

I have Pool and Spa and one HeatPro Heater, when I turn the breaker on for the Heater and turn on the Heater to On from Control of Pro Logic it works ok, but the problem happens after I turn off the Heater control to off, the Heater turn itself back on and Heats the Pool?

The HeatPro is has the light on for the Pool and Spa and temp is set for 50 for Pool and 99 for Spa.

Anyone know I to solve my problem?
